This approach allows fleets to work with consolidated data from multiple providers in one system – compare performance metrics, monitor results, test different operational strategies and choose the most efficient cooperation models.
MyTaxiCRM also supports real-time synchronization of vehicle and driver statuses from platform accounts and enables selected platform-related settings to be managed directly within the CRM (for example, permissions for accepting cash trips), without switching between multiple external dashboards.

GPS tracking and monitoring
MyTaxiCRM provides real-time tracking of fleet vehicles on an interactive map, using GPS data from third-party providers such as “Mapon”, “DT” and “Wialon”, as well as technical data obtained via the CAN bus.
In addition, we offer our own integrated solution – “MyTaxiGPS”, fully optimized for fleet operations.
This allows you to monitor vehicle location, speed and sensor readings, including driver or passenger presence detected via seat sensors. All this information is visualized on a dedicated system page — “Live Map”, enriched with integration statuses, sensor data and operational context, enabling fast and informed management decisions.
