How much does MyTaxiCRM cost for fleets?

The price of the vehicle fleet management system is a package deal, depending on the features and functions available to the fleet user. There are three package levels: Basic, Pro, and Expert, and an onboarding fee applies. Each package is balanced to meet the real needs of fleets of different sizes and levels of operational complexity.

 

Of course, we are as flexible as possible, so we can discuss the inclusion or exclusion of certain features or modules (such as MyTaxiRides built-in dispatching for fleets), or discounts based on the size of the fleet (number of accounted vehicles). Thus, you will only pay for the fleet management system modules that you use.

How quickly can I implement MyTaxiCRM for my fleet?

What operating models (schemes) of vehicle fleet management does MyTaxiCRM support?

To a certain extent, this is our core competency. MyTaxiCRM algorithms are designed to account for and calculate all possible options and their combinations.

MyTaxiCRM offers its proprietary API, which can be used to integrate with other software and services. Moreover, in certain markets, we have already implemented data exchange with regulatory services or authorities (for example, toll road usage costs are automatically included in the cost of trips and flexibly distributed).

 

The same applies to third parties – you will be able to upload fuel costs to accurately reflect them in your financial performance, both at the company level and for individual vehicles.
