The price of the vehicle fleet management system is a package deal, depending on the features and functions available to the fleet user. There are three package levels: Basic, Pro, and Expert, and an onboarding fee applies. Each package is balanced to meet the real needs of fleets of different sizes and levels of operational complexity.
Of course, we are as flexible as possible, so we can discuss the inclusion or exclusion of certain features or modules (such as “MyTaxiRides” built-in dispatching for fleets), or discounts based on the size of the fleet (number of accounted vehicles). Thus, you will only pay for the fleet management system modules that you use.
We operate on a monthly subscription basis, which is calculated based on the selected package and the number of vehicles tracked in our system.
MyTaxiCRM setup is performed by the MyTaxiCRM technical team and takes from 3 business days to several weeks, depending on the size of the fleet and the complexity of its business model. This process usually includes: setting up integrations with ride-hailing platforms, migrating vehicle and driver accounts, connecting GPS (if you choose our solution or already have your own), training staff to use the system, and a test run with real operations.
Fleets of more than 200 cars are connected in stages over the course of 1-2 weeks without interrupting current operations. A personal manager oversees the entire implementation process. After that, you will also have access to 24/7 technical support and a Knowledge Base in the form of video tutorials and articles. Absolutely, MyTaxiCRM, as a vehicle fleet monitoring system, provides real-time monitoring by combining data from GPS devices, information from ride-hailing platform portals, and its own algorithms. All this data is processed and displayed in various reports and tabs, as well as in a special “Online” section. You will have access to indicators and metrics such as current mileage from various sources, possible overruns, driver statuses and conditions in each of the services, and much more.
