Fleet management solution for vehicle fleets business
Fleet management software for your business
Choosing the right software not only digitises processes, but primarily improves them through automation and tracking. MyTaxiCRM supports these and many other aspects of fleet operations. Properly selected specialised software helps optimise fleet performance and automate key processes such as:

Control external partnerships and platform integration
Supervise interactions between your business and third parties, especially cooperation with ride-hailing platforms or other e-hailing services.

Optimise workforce and asset utilisation
Plan driver engagement, workloads and schedules, and maximise vehicle utilisation and return on investment. For any work models or cooperation schemes.

Comprehensive fleet financial oversight
Maintain full visibility over fleet finances: vehicle usage conditions, cashboxes, earnings, payments and settlements – all managed in one place.
Consolidated data and analytics at your fingertips!
As a fleet management platform, MyTaxiCRM does far more than store user-entered data. The system integrates with the most widely used ride-hailing platforms in each market, enabling real-time synchronization of core fleet performance indicators. This includes trip volumes and statuses, driver and vehicle alignment between MyTaxiCRM and platform accounts, transaction amounts, and payment events.
Beyond ride-hailing integrations, MyTaxiCRM can also connect with external partners and service providers to simplify operational control – such as toll road operators, fuel partner loyalty programs, and other infrastructure services. Combined with advanced configuration of work models, shift schedules, and rental or leasing relationships, this gives fleet managers fast access to a rich, consolidated dataset – exactly what’s needed to make informed, confident business decisions.

Find new ways to optimise your spend

The system is built with a deep understanding of fleet operations. It accounts for vehicle life cycles, including scheduled maintenance, accident-related costs, traffic violations, and ongoing obligations such as rental or leasing payments.
MyTaxiCRM also covers fleet-driver financial relationships. This allows fleet managers to track revenue from completed trips, apply cooperation terms (cashbox splits, fuel costs, etc.), and use built-in tools for incentives (bonus schemes) as well as penalties (for example, mileage overruns, unmet targets, or trips performed “off the books”).
All financial flows and configurations can be exported as structured reports at any time.
Because all data is tracked automatically and without delays, fleet owners gain stronger financial control, better forecasting accuracy, and the ability to reduce unnecessary expenses. This also makes it easier to identify unreliable drivers or partners and terminate cooperation before losses escalate.
Flexible fleet management solution
At the same time, every fleet owner has different goals. Some simply own vehicles and rent them out. Others focus on maximum vehicle utilisation, running cars almost continuously with shift drivers. Cooperation terms between drivers (or vehicle users) and fleets may vary significantly: profit share models, different approaches to cost splitting (fuel, maintenance), mileage rules, or special conditions such as branding bonuses paid by ride-hailing platforms.
Vehicle ownership structures add another layer of complexity. A fleet may include fully owned cars, vehicles purchased by investors and transferred into management, or cars acquired through leasing or credit. All these variations are a natural part of the fleet business.
MyTaxiCRM is built to handle this diversity correctly and transparently. After initial configuration of the relevant modules, you no longer need to worry about calculation accuracy, deductions, or process control. The flexibility of the software helps you increase efficiency, avoid operational issues, and spend significantly less time on manual management.

GPS tracking and monitoring
GPS tracking in MyTaxiCRM allows fleet owners to clearly understand where vehicles are during working hours and worry less about their condition when they are idle. In some countries, the presence of certified GPS monitoring can also positively affect insurance terms and costs.
Beyond basic location awareness, GPS data plays an important operational role. In combination with “MyTaxiRides” (formerly “Office Trips”), it enables faster and more accurate selection of the nearest available driver. Sensor data collected from vehicles makes it possible to build analytics based on current and average speed, while correlating real routes with order data (pickup and destination points) helps identify misuse of vehicles, illogical routing, or unauthorized work for other dispatchers – especially relevant in cases involving branding bonuses or exclusivity requirements with ride-hailing platforms.

MyTaxiCRM already supports integrations with “Mapon” and “Wialon” and remains open to working with other GPS providers, depending on the fleet’s needs. In addition, the platform offers its own integrated solution, “MyTaxiGPS”, for fleets that prefer a fully native and tightly coupled tracking setup.
The system can also go beyond classic GPS tracking by processing CAN-bus data, enabling deeper insights such as driver and passenger presence via seat sensors, vehicle technical condition, maintenance indicators, and mileage – essentially anything supported by the CAN standard.
